This guarantee is ONLY available to NEW* customers. Please make sure you read the following carefully.
New customers can book our services with full confidence knowing they are financially protected.
This guarantee forms part of our terms of business.
This guarantee DOES NOT APPLY to bookings commencing on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve.
We understand the financial burdens placed on people which is why, as far as we are aware, we are the ONLY disco company
to have such a guarantee.
Our guarantee applies to customers who only book direct with us it does NOT apply to any booking made on behalf of a customer by a 3rd party
such as a hotel, agent or another disco company who then hire us to do the event.
Booking direct with us we know what has been agreed and what is required. We will have discussed at length your plans and entertainment, and will
have all the relevant facts and details. This cannot be guaranteed if you book via a 3rd party.
This guarantee does not affect and cannot be binding on any Third Party we may use in the event of illness or other foreseen circumstance,
to honour your booking, as they are independent and not part of First Impressions Discos.
This offer covers both discos and karaoke either booked singly or as a combined package. Single quiz nights ARE NOT covered by the guarantee due to the low price
but quizzes are if included as part of a package with either a disco or karaoke.
All our bookings are subject to a £50.00 booking fee which is NOT covered by our guarantee. The booking fee, as under our terms, is non refundable.
The FULL balance of any booking is covered by this guarantee and will be refunded should you the customer not be happy with our service on the day.
An example: You book a disco with us for £400.00 you have paid a non refundable deposit of £50.00. The balance would therefor be £350.00 which under our guarantee you could
claim back on the day if you feel we failed in our service to you.
Any claim under this guarantee MUST be made on the day of the event it cannot be done in advance (the performance would not have taken place) or retrospectively. If you have paid us on the day of the event (perhaps due to us accepting a short notice booking) prior to the commencement of our services we will simply give you the payment back at the completion of our services.
If you have paid in advance we will refund the balance to you within 30 days via bank transfer.
Your statutory rights under law in England & Wales are unaffected by this guarantee.
Severability Clause. In the event any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative.
